Customer Service

We are committed to our customer service and making sure that you are happy with your purchases from teálity. With this commitment, we will accept your returns if you are not satisfied with your purchase. The following is our return policy:
  • If it is a shipping error, we will correct the mistakes and be responsible for paying the return shipment costs.
  • If there is a problem with the tea or the teaware (e.g., bad tea, broken teaware), we will provide you with a full refund upon receipt and return of the item.
  • If the return is not due to an error on our part, we will gladly give you store credit. You are responsible for shipping the items back to us.
Please contact us within a 5 days of receiving your merchandise so that we can resolve the matter in a timely fashion.

Because tea is a consumable good, all tea that is returned with the seal broken must be thrown away. To help keep our costs down, in turn keeping your cost down, we suggest starting out with smaller amounts of tea to determine your personal taste. This way, when you do buy a larger amount, you can be assured that your selection is to your liking.
