| Yunnan Gold Thread  Our premium grade Yunnan Gold Thread is an unusually rare black tea that is exceptionally smooth, clean, and sweet with a hint of maltiness. The tea is made from tips of unopened buds that are gradually oxidized, giving the tea a light golden hue. The polished textures of this fine tea pairs up well with chocolate. 1 teaspoon for every 6-8 oz. of water. Heat fresh, filtered, or bottled water to a rolling boil or to 210°F. Steep for 2 minutes.
