Kuchicha A symphony that sings of the subtle, yet earthy qualities of twigs, leaves, and nori (dried seaweed), our Kuchicha is a Japanese tea composed of tea leaf stems. Steamed, then dried, this process results in a light tea that possesses a pale, yellow-green liquor that is mildly sweet and naturally low in caffeine. 1 teaspoon for every 6-8 oz. of water.
