Our Ti Kuan Yin Rose gets its complex layers of flavor from the inclusion of rose petals during the fire roasting process, producing a toasty character unlike tradtional rose flavored teas. The result is a smooth and easy-drinking tea with classic oolong flavors and a delicate nose of peaches, apricots, and roses.1 teaspoon for every 6-8 oz. of water.Heat fresh, filtered, or bottled water to 200°F.
