Our Red Shiso Hojicha masterfully blends the deep, smooth, and sweet earthy aromas of first flush Hojicha with this distinctive ingredient to produce a delicious tea reminiscent of Japanese plum wine. One sniff and sip and you will discover harmoniously balanced notes that just sing. A highly recommended tea and perfect accompaniment to a meal. 1 heaping teaspoon for every 6-8 oz. of water.
