Tea Sangria

Tea Sangria

4 cups of water
6 teaspoons Dragon Oolong
1 peach, halved and sliced
1 pint of strawberries, sliced
1/2 honeydew melon, cut into chunks

simple syrup

Brew 4 cups of water (32 ounces) with 6 teaspoons of Dragon Oolong for 5 minutes. Chill tea.

Once chilled, add some of the peaches, strawberries, and honeydew to the tea and refrigerate overnight. The fruit used during this step will flavor the tea and become discolored. Reserve the remaining fresh fruit for garnish and keep refrigerated. Serve the tea with some of the remaining fruit with ice in each glass. Sweeten to taste with simple syrup. Enjoy!

Variations: You can use Ceylon Venture Estate OP1 tea as a base, along with apples, oranges, and limes.
