| Summer Ginger Peach Iced Tea  Our Summer Peach black tea, kissed with sweet ripe peaches and a kick of spicy ginger root. 1 quart water 2 tablespoons of Summer Peach 1 tablespoon of thinly sliced fresh ginger root 2-3 ripe peaches, cut into wedges serves 4-6 Bring water to a boil. Remove from heat, add Summer Peach tea leaves and ginger and steep for 5 minutes. Strain tea into a pitcher, let cool then chill in the fridge for 2-3 hrs. Garnish glasses with peaches and serve tea over ice. |
