| Lychee Congou Iced Tea  Refreshingly different and exotic, our Lychee Congou black tea is simply iced and garnished with lychee fruit. 1 quart water 2 tablespoons of Lychee Congou tea canned lychee fruit, for garnish (found in asian markets) serves 4-6 Bring water to a boil. Remove from heat, add Lychee Congou leaves and steep for 5 minutes. Strain tea into a pitcher, let cool then chill in the fridge for 2-3 hrs. Garnish glasses with lychee fruit, and serve tea over ice. |
